Little Owl has everything you need to live on the water.  Enjoy the convenience of instant hot water from the Morco gas boiler and the warmth of a traditional wood burner and multifuel stove.

There's a gas hob and oven and a 12v Shoreline refrigerator. In the bathroom you'll find a shower, sink and pump out toilet.

The sofa converts to a comfortable bed and there's a cratch cover giving that vital bit of extra space. 

​

At 32ft you can turn almost anywhere; no running around looking for a turning point. Little Owl is easy to steer, even if you've never handled a boat before.

The lights are kept on courtesy of 610 watts of solar power which has been newly installed. There's an inverter for the 240v devices you can't live without.

The hull has had a full and independent marine survey, all recommendations completed and signed off. The survey is available to view at the yard and will be handed over to the new owners. Newly blacked with fantastic 2.6kg anodes fitted to bow and stern.

The BSS  is valid until November 2023.

Powered by an immaculate Thornycraft diesel engine (complete with original owners manual, also pristine). It sounds fantastic.
